In continuation with my goal of trying a new meal during this month, I found a recipe in one of Rachel Ray's cookbooks that reminded us of take-out gone healthy! It was really good, and didn't have all the grease that you would find at a take-out chinese restaurant! If you want the recipe, let me know. It is quite long and was taking too long to type up!
